Refund Policy


Party Smarti Refund Policy

  1. Under no circumstances will balloons be refunded.
  2. Under no circumstances will custom products be refunded.
  3. Vouchers and coupons will not be refunded
  4. Courier fees will not be refunded, unless a refund is due in the case of damaged items received.
  5. To qualify for a refund all returned products need to be unopened, undamaged and in perfect working order, and comply with our returns policy.
  6. Once a returned product is received by Party Smarti, please allow 10 working days for a refund.
  7. Once we receive your product, we will contact you for your banking details. Proof of payment will be sent to you once done.
  8. Should you not wish to receive a refund, we are happy to credit your account for a future purchase
  9. Only the product you have contacted Party Smarti about within 48 hours of delivery, on which Party Smarti has agreed upon, will receive a refund. An entire order will not be refunded unless agreed upon.
  10. Should you supply an incorrect address and incorrect contact details, and Party Smarti cannot get hold of you to deliver your goods, a refund will not be given.
  11. We reserve the right to reject refunds should they not meet the requirements as specified in our terms.
