Party Smarti Refund Policy
- Under no circumstances will balloons be refunded.
- Under no circumstances will custom products be refunded.
- Vouchers and coupons will not be refunded
- Courier fees will not be refunded, unless a refund is due in the case of damaged items received.
- To qualify for a refund all returned products need to be unopened, undamaged and in perfect working order, and comply with our returns policy.
- Once a returned product is received by Party Smarti, please allow 10 working days for a refund.
- Once we receive your product, we will contact you for your banking details. Proof of payment will be sent to you once done.
- Should you not wish to receive a refund, we are happy to credit your account for a future purchase
- Only the product you have contacted Party Smarti about within 48 hours of delivery, on which Party Smarti has agreed upon, will receive a refund. An entire order will not be refunded unless agreed upon.
- Should you supply an incorrect address and incorrect contact details, and Party Smarti cannot get hold of you to deliver your goods, a refund will not be given.
- We reserve the right to reject refunds should they not meet the requirements as specified in our terms.
